Rosewick Cottage offers self-contained farm stay accommodation at Mole Creek, in northern Tasmania.
The cottage accommodates five guests and has full cooking facilities, laundry, heating, a wood heater, electric blankets, hairdryer, television and video cassette recorder. Breakfast provisions are available.
Rosewick Cottage is situated on a working dairy farm near the rugged Great Western Tiers and is very privately situated well away from the main farm.
It offers a peaceful retreat from city life. The farms’ milk supplies some of the milk for the famous Lactos Cheese factory in Burnie who make world class cheeses. The farm also has beef cattle and black sheep.
Enjoy the delicious breakfast provisions before setting off to explore the beautiful Mole Creek district with its intriguing limestone caves. Meet some of the native animals at Trowunna Wildlife Park, and visit the nearby honey factory. For those who enjoy bushwalking, the Walls of Jerusalem or Cradle Mountain Lake St. Clair National Parks are nearby and offer breathtaking scenery.
