Observatory Bar is a plush, ultra modern and ultra trendy tapas and wine bar, which becomes a mega-happening nightclub as the night progresses. It’s beautifully located on the waterfront opposite Tasmania’s Parliament House and historic Salamanca Place. During busy times, usually well after dark, the crowd is between 18 and 25 and you’re in for some cool tunes and mayhem on the dance floor. When it’s quiet, O Bar is a nice spot to enjoy a waterfront glass of wine.
