Lake Barrington Vineyard

The Lake Barrington Vineyard is located beside Lake Barrington at West Kentish, northwest Tasmania. West Kentish is a half-hour drive south of Devonport (30 kilometres) and 10 minutes from Sheffield (13 kilometres).
Established in 1984 by the late Dr Roger Taylor, the Lake Barrington Vineyard is the oldest in Tasmania’s northwest. The range of wines includes chardonnay, pinot noir and the award-winning sparkling, Lake Barrington Estate Alexandra, named for Dr Taylor’s daughter. You can taste Lake Barrington wines at the cellar door, or perhaps dine alfresco with a freshly prepared platter of Tasmanian delicacies while enjoying views of the lake and Mount Roland.
Wines can be purchased at the cellar door or by mail order.
