Davey Place Town Houses are self-contained, two storey units in South Hobart. South Hobart is five minutes from central Hobart, Salamanca Place and the waterfront (2 kilometres).
The four townhouses each have one queen and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower; some units have spas. There is an open plan living area with a television and DVD player, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Glass doors lead onto a small balcony and the units each have enclosed gardens, and water and mountain views. There is also a second television in the main bedroom.
Davey Place Town Houses are a short walk to South Hobart cafes and shops From here you can drive to the summit of Mount Wellington (22 kilometres) for panoramic views of Hobart, the Derwent River and the southeast Tasmanian coastline. You can take a tour of Australia’s oldest brewery – the Cascade Brewery – and taste some of Tasmania’s finest beer, or visit the Female Factory Historic Site – a prison for female convicts that operated between 1828 and 1856.
