Bream Creek Vineyard

Bream Creek Vineyard is one of the first commercial vineyards established in Tasmania. Originally planted in 1973, the vineyard was purchased in 1990 by Fred Peacock, who increased Pinot Noir and Chardonnay plantings and introduced Sauvignon Blanc. Fred also planted the first commercial block of Schönburger in the Southern Hemisphere at Bream Creek.
Bream Creek Vineyard produces premium cool climate Tasmanian wines that are renowned as both complex and elegant. Since 1990, Bream Creek wines have garnered 18 trophies and over 394 show medals and have an enviable reputation for producing wines that are consistently complex and elegant. These award winning wines are available for tasting at our cellar door at the Dunalley Waterfront Café (just ten minutes from the vineyard) or at Vines and Designs at Copping. If you are in Hobart, our wines are also available for tasting at Blue Eye Restaurant at Salamanca.
