Housed within the National Trust Building, the Astor Grill is an old-school steak house and a firm favourite with the locals. The Victorian charm of the exterior isn’t lost in the dining room, with blood-red walls and a full linen service, down to the swan-shaped napkins. The menu pays homage to finest Tasmanian produce, including Bruney Island oysters, local grass-fed beef and a regional wine selection.
