West Coast Yacht Charters offers accommodation aboard the steel ketch, Stormbreaker, at the Strahan wharf. Strahan is located on the west coast of Tasmania, a four-and-a-half hour drive from Hobart.
Guests may stay aboard the 20-metre long Stormbreaker while the yacht is in harbour it is a chance to experience life on a sailing boat, without sailing. Stormbreaker accommodation includes two private double cabins, and one large six-bunk cabin. There are two bathrooms with shower, toilets and hand basins. The accommodation is hostel-style, and all spaces aboard are shared, with the exception of the two double cabins. Linen, pillows and towels are supplied in the double cabins; other rooms have sleeping bags with liner, pillow, towel and curtains for privacy. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied, which you can enjoy in the large saloon or on the deck.
Because Stormbreaker also runs commercial cruises during the day, overnight guests board at approximately 5pm, and checkout is 9:00am.
