Chef Hugh Whitehouse, of Darley’s at Lilianfels, has created an elegant menu that is impressive but not fine dining. Guests can expect top-notch fish and chips on the a la carte menu but for something more special, Whitehouse also offers an extraordinary multi-course degustation.
