Mersey Bluff Lodge offers self-contained apartment accommodation in Devonport on Tasmania’s north coast. Devonport is a one-hour-and-fifteen-minute drive from Launceston (101 kilometres) and a one-hour drive from the Cradle Mountain National Park (83 kilometres).
The Lodge has one, two and three-bedroom ground floor serviced apartments. All have queen beds in the main bedroom with a double and twin beds in the second and third rooms. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and ensuite bathrooms with baths and showers. There is a combined living and dining area with a television and VCR and Internet connection. The property also has a guest laundry, children’s playground and outdoor barbecue area.
Mersey Bluff Lodge is a short drive from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal and Devonport airport. Mersey Bluff and its surrounding beaches are 350 metres from the property. Go swimming, fishing or watch fairy penguins return to their burrows at dusk. Visit Devonport’s museums and galleries, or sample fine Tasmanian cuisine in a local restaurant or café. Drive east along the coast to Narawntapu National Park – one of the best places in Tasmania to see native wildlife. Explore the north-west coast or travel inland to explore forests, waterfalls or limestone caves.
