Kiss A Fish Cookery School offers classes in seafood cookery in the scenic Bay of Fires region of North East Tasmania.
Choose from a full day workshop or an evening class – see our website for options and prices. You can also request a private cooking class for one or your own group. The classes can be both practical hands-on classes and demonstration, all followed by eating the freshest seafood from this region. Depending on the season and availability there may be lobsters, abalone, mussels, clams, oysters, calamari, sea urchin and a large variety of scale fish.
